Leadership is much more than talent—it is a practice that combines vision, knowledge, and adaptability. Twenty-first-century leaders must understand new digital dynamics, master communication tools, and navigate constant change. Few people bring together the experience that Nathalie does: a career that integrates innovation, change management, and social-impact strategies designed to strengthen organizational sustainability and individual resilience.
Nathalie holds a master’s degree in Communication Industries Management (Emerson College, Boston) and a master’s in Social Innovation (Pontifical University of Salamanca, Madrid). She is also a John S. Knight Journalism Fellow at Stanford University (California). She is part of the global Impact Hub network and serves on the Board of Directors of IPYS Venezuela.
With more than two decades of experience across Latin America, the United States, and Spain, Nathalie has led transformation processes in complex organizations and multinational teams. She served as VP of Media at Cadena Capriles, managing a newsroom of 300 journalists and guiding the group’s digital transition. She also led local digital news at Univision Miami, overseeing distributed teams across four time zones and launching 16 local news ecosystems. She has designed and implemented more than 20 innovation, transformation, and entrepreneurship programs.
Today, at Impact Hub Madrid, she leads projects that integrate innovation, artificial intelligence, and the future of work, while mentoring entrepreneurs and executives in building sustainable models and purpose-driven leadership.
